Upon purchase of a product from us, you can either collect in person or organise for us to deliver to you. In some cases, we can also have products delivered straight from the manufacturer to your door, if this is the more convenient option for you.
All of our products will be delivered in a condition whereby they are ready for use. Assembly and charging (if required) is included in the delivery charge. There will also be a demonstration of the product upon delivery if necessary, to ensure a smooth and hassle-free transaction.
Please note that delivery prices will vary depending on the product bought and your location, but this will be discussed upon purchase.

Delivery prices quoted are for mainland Britain only on a 2/3 working day delivery, unless otherwise specified at the point of order. If you are unsure, or require a delivery price assurance, please call us on 01522 509781.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us, in an unused "as new" condition within 7 days of delivery and receive a full refund (lower delivery costs). Collection can be arranged if required.
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, Burton Mobility will give customers a seven day "cooling off" period from the date of delivery, during which their order can be returned for a full refund. After seven days but no more than 30 Days, stock returned will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. For more information on returning products, see Terms & Conditions.
